With his unique blend of zouk and Italian disco, he has a knack for transforming any space into a lively Balearic Haven. His sets are a nostalgic trip, reviving the spirit of 80s Ibiza with every beat. 6) Jeanne’s music tells the story of life’s cycles, blending past and present through forgotten songs. Shifting between cultures across time and space to take you on this journey into sound. Far-right ideas are rising, spreading division and hate. In France, the new government stated that „immigration is not a chance for the country.“ This mix is my humble reminder that French culture thrives on diversity, drawing strength from global roots and celebrating unity through sound. Peace and freedom for all.

7) Café Mondo are four viennese fellas with a mutual fascination and deep love for carefully selected grooves and melodies from far-flung origins.
Their shared social, musical and human values open up a social space to dance, bond and share the admiration for various cultures. Feeling the need to provide musical diversity and connect people, their main focus is on uplifting music that will move your feet, elevate your spirits and fill your hearts with joy. It’s a flavoursome melange made of different timelines, melodic families and various languages. Come visit the Café and indulge in their à la carte menu consisting of gems that make the mondo sound so very tasty. Respect. Select. Connect.

8) Paris was born with the name to spread the tropical thunder over Paris (yes it’s actually not an alias). She operates weekly at the Parisian palace Hôtel Costes and curates playlists for fashion and luxury brands. Her obsession for digging music started with an isolated childhood in the French countryside. The hours spent alone in the CD section of the mall and at the public library have sharpened her critical sense and marked the beginning of an insatiable curiosity.

9) Trio Medusa aka Medusa Airlines, an eclectic vinyl collective from Vienna playing records from around the world in all genres. Nuntereggaepiu’ is a selection of hidden jams with a reggae influence from artists all over the world.

10) Cobeia is a Berlin based DJ & Selector with a great love for music and a record collection to match. Curious to explore an array of styles, he unearths gems through extended digging sessions. 12) Balearic London is a party and edits label from Ariane V, Ben Gomori, Gaucho and Sarahtonin. They are really passionate about connecting the dots between the roots of Balearic and the modern interpretation of the sound, and in trying to educate audiences on the beauty of this musical approach in an era when everything is getting harder, faster and shorter… Their manifesto: Piano house. ‘80s pop dubs and remixes. Italo, kwaito, Latin and other global flavours that make you feel like you’re on holiday somewhere by the sea. Sensual sounds. Organic instrumentation rubbing up against electronic textures. Acid house vocals. Yacht rock. Madchester grooves. Sunsetters and sunrisers. Carefully-timed curveballs. Punk-funk. Euphoric freestyle. The dying embers of disco. Street soul. Shifting BPMs. Dubby basslines. Jazz-funk guitar licks. Slick boogie. Dreamhouse. Proto-trance. A sense of freedom, optimism and joy. A break from endless builds and drops. Stuff that makes you dance but isn’t ‘dance music’. A good song is a good song is a good song. Joining the dots between the original Balearic sounds and modern sounds that work alongside them.

13) Rachel Opert is a NYC-based DJ, collector, and curator with a focus on the forgotten. Her selections are from crates around the globe – seductive, hypnotic, cosmic, and dusted. She focuses on outsider disco, synth-pop, and house, as well as street soul, dub, xian folk, jazz, new age, and new wave.
Rachel has built a reputation for her boundless sound by playing at clubs and vinyl-centric parties around the world, from Hong Kong, São Paulo, Bali, Montreal, Phnom Penh, Bangkok, and more. Rachel encourages you to listen to this mix in the sunshine.
